Supporting our on-site project supervision, particularly with regard to the coordination and quality control of the works
Assisting with the review and coordination of quality and deadlines
Conducting regular site inspections of the construction works and recording the findings of these inspections
Documenting the progress of the works
Contributing to and participating in official inspections and final site inspections

Your profile

Enrolled on a degree programme specialising in architecture, civil engineering or property management
Basic knowledge of the construction sector, project phases, and contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
A strong communicator and assertive individual with a hands-on approach
A team player with a goal- and results-oriented working style
Conscientiousness and technical understanding
