Amazon Ads is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM). APM connects advertisers to ad inventory across Amazon's owned properties, including shopping, streaming video, live sports, devices, voice, music and gaming. You will advise product, engineering, monetization and go-to-market leaders from early ideas through launch and international expansion. You will find practical, business-focused ways to answer new legal questions in a fast-moving, often regulated field.
Key job responsibilities
Advise on new ad products, formats and buying features from early design through launch and expansion, including AI-driven and conversational experiences.
Advise on advertising and consumer protection law, including ad labeling and disclosure, and honest pricing and auction dynamics.
Work with privacy, competition and international legal teams on how signals and data are used, consent, and regulatory issues across regions.
Draft and negotiate advertiser-facing terms, program policies and customer communications, and guide the business through incidents that affect advertisers.
Support governance and audit work, document legal decisions, and build guidance at scale so teams can move quickly with confidence.
