You’ll play a key role in ensuring our institutional partners unlock the full value of AMBOSS, helping embed it into daily clinical and teaching routines and strengthening user experience, retention, and growth. You are pragmatic and action-oriented. You work productively through a high volume of requests, focusing on timely, effective solutions rather than perfect ones.
You are decisive. You make well-reasoned decisions even when information is incomplete, can explain the thinking behind them, and continuously learn from mistakes by reflecting openly and adjusting your approach.
You are able to build rapport with stakeholders across different countries and seniority levels through a mix of authenticity and openness, competence, and clear communication.
You have a project management mindset and are able to independently organize your work to ensure you deliver in time and quality, even for more complex projects.
