The LUMIN&CE AI team, part of Core Intelligence in Apple Services Core Data & Intelligence (CDI), provides Machine Learning and Generative AI capabilities for Apple Services.
As an Engineering Manager in LUMIN&CE AI, you will lead the Text Generation team, a small, agile team of machine learning engineers working on advanced Generative AI technologies for Text Generation across Apple Services. This is a hands-on role: you will spend about 60% of your time building alongside the team, designing systems, writing code, and developing models. The rest of your time goes to setting the team's technical direction, growing its people, and owning the delivery of Text Generation capabilities that support Global Markets for Apple Services, in dozens of languages and with Regional and Cultural Market Nuances at a global scale.
