As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on Coveo’s EMEA team, you’ll bring our AI-powered solutions to enterprise organizations across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, turning ambitious business priorities into measurable outcomes.
You’ll own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, combining your knowledge of the DACH market, consultative selling skills and a strong partner ecosystem to build trusted relationships and create long-term customer value.
As one of our Senior Enterprise Account Executives, you will:
- Build and execute strategic account plans for enterprise organizations across the DACH market, identifying opportunities where Coveo can deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives, navigating complex organizations to create new opportunities and lasting partnerships.
- Generate and develop your own pipeline while partnering with Coveo’s alliances team and broader partner ecosystem to uncover and accelerate opportunities.
- Develop compelling business proposals that connect Coveo’s artificial intelligence capabilities to each customer’s priorities, challenges and potential business value.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles end to end, assessing stakeholders, resources, timing, probability of closure and financial impact while maintaining accurate visibility into sales activity and results.
- Lead opportunities through negotiation and close, securing agreements and consistently working toward quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise software sales cycles in the DACH market, engaging stakeholders from business champions through senior executives.
- Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to build trusted relationships, lead business conversations and negotiate effectively in both languages.
- A strong track record of generating your own enterprise opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a results-driven environment.
- A consultative and challenger-oriented sales approach, with the curiosity and discipline to understand sophisticated technology and translate it into clear customer value.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience selling enterprise artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence or other sophisticated technology solutions.
- MEDDPICC certification or demonstrated experience applying the methodology to complex enterprise sales.
- An established understanding of the DACH enterprise landscape and experience developing opportunities alongside strategic technology or consulting partners.
- A humble, curious and creative mindset, paired with the drive to build trusted customer relationships across different organizations and markets.

Base Salary: 100,000 EUR to 120,000 EUR
