Responsibilities
- Lead a team of forward-deployed developers and advisors to deliver transformative cyber defence solutions and operations.
- Evaluate and advise on the secure deployment of modern workloads, specifically focusing on cloud-native ecosystems and the secure integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms and pipelines.
- Identify challenges in customer cyber defence capabilities and formulate strategies for improvement, plan implementation of improvements, and execute/oversee plans to completion.
- Develop relationships and establish strong collaborative partnerships with executive stakeholders and key authorities to achieve project and long term strategic objectives.
- Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advising on, leading, and developing cybersecurity solutions across multiple security domains, including: security operations, security development, cloud security, threat intelligence, incident response, threat hunting, or similar roles.
- Experience applying advanced enterprise cybersecurity controls, threat intelligence, cloud security controls, network development concepts, and identity management frameworks.
- Experience in people management.
- Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Personnel Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Developer, or equivalent).
- Direct experience building or securing AI/ML pipelines, utilizing AI security frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, NIST AI RMF), or configuring secure cloud AI environments.
- Strong experience securing multi-cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud computing platform).
- Proven experience managing project lifecycles, establishing scope boundaries, tracking development milestones, and delivering complex client reports on time.
- Experience with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA) and application security perimeters.
