The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of face-to-face, telephone and video consultations. They will manage acute and chronic conditions, undertake home visits where clinically appropriate, process clinical correspondence and prescriptions, and maintain accurate clinical records. The postholder will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement activities, and participate in practice meetings, education sessions and service development initiatives. The role includes protected administrative time and does not include Duty Doctor responsibilities.
Hanham Health is a large, innovative training practice providing primary care services to approximately 28,000 patients across four sites in Hanham, Oldland Common, Almondsbury and Pilning, serving communities across South Gloucestershire and Bristol.

Our clinical team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics and First Contact Physiotherapists, supported by experienced administrative and care navigation teams.
