* Practice Support and Governance - Act as the primary expert contact for medicine-related questions from Doctors, Nurses, patients, and local pharmacies and help the Practice meet quality targets like the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and optimise local prescribing costs

Our organisation is supported by a dedicated team of 30 staff members, including 2 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 1 Nurse Partner, 3 Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate, 2 Health Care Assistants, 1 Practice Manager, 1 Operations Manager, alongside teams including Pharmacy, Reception and Administration. Working here offers the benefits of a positive workplace culture, open communication, and opportunities for learning and development. Staff are encouraged to contribute ideas and take pride in their work, creating an environment where both employees and patients can thrive.

We use clinical systems including SystmOne, Ardens and eConsult.
