How you’ll make your impact
ITQ is growing fast in France. To keep up with this growth, we are strengthening our French sales team and are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join it. As Sales Account Manager at ITQ, you will work alongside experienced sales colleagues to build and develop ITQ's customer base in France, and help shape the further development of ITQ as an end-to-end service provider.
You are a team player with experience in selling IT services who enjoys working with enthusiastic and dynamic teams and colleagues in the ITQ Family.
What you’ll be doing
Contribute to ITQ's growth in the French market as part of an established team of sales professionals, working together to cover the French territory.
From day one, you will build and manage customer opportunities in collaboration with your fellow Account Managers and the (inside) sales team. Over time you will build and sustain your own pipeline across new and existing customer accounts, based on the full breadth of ITQ services.
Within the team, you drive ITQ's commercial activities on your accounts, including sales of all ITQ services: professional, managed and support services, as well as software licenses and hardware resales.
Together with the sales team and stakeholders, you co-develop a sales strategy towards ITQ's revenue and profitability targets. You build and maintain partner relationships with other IT service providers in France.
You are a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their "why" and helping them translate it into solutions and services that keep them one step ahead of their competition.
You create offers and service descriptions, pursue opportunities and close them. Accurate forecasting of license, service and other sales, and creating new customers in the CRM system, are familiar to you.
Who you are
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or an apprenticeship as an IT systems clerk, or comparable training.
You have 3+ years of experience selling services, managed services, software licenses and hardware resales.
You are familiar with the VMware portfolio, the vendor, its partners and clients.
You are oriented towards mid-sized to large business accounts.
You are reliable, responsible and feel responsible for ITQ and our customers.
You have an independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working, and you enjoy sharing and collaborating within a team.
You are versatile in all business development matters.
You have already successfully demonstrated your teamwork and organizational skills.
You are a native French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
Ideally, you are located in the Île-de-France region.
