An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, positive, and proactive Clinical Manager to join our "Outstanding" CQC-rated practice. We are a forward-thinking, well-established SystmOne practice that embraces innovation to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. You will be joining a strong management structure, working alongside our Practice Manager, HR Manager, Estates Manager, and Business Manager, all supported by the Partners and an excellent team of clinical and administrative staff.
As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorshipto our multidisciplinary team. You will have direct line management responsibility for:
- Clinical Leads
- Clinical Practitioner Team
Your role will include:
- Managing the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare, including medicines management, chronic disease management, wound care, travel health, child immunisation, and cervical cytology.
- Providing clinical sessions in an area of interest.
- Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
