About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Go-To-Market Associate who will be the engine of our commercial team. As part of the top 1% of Commercial talents globally, you'll combine systematic prospecting with creative outreach to build relationships with decision-makers who need AI solutions.
This is not a classic sales role. We're looking for a builder with a commercial brain and an enormous drive, someone who combines hustle, strategic creativity, and genuine curiosity about what makes businesses tick.
You might come from a classic sales background, or you might have built your commercial instincts in a completely different arena. What matters far more than your CV is your drive, your entrepreneurial instinct, and the kind of work ethic that makes people wonder how you get so much done.
In a single day you might: map a new industry vertical for outreach opportunities, run a consultative discovery call with a Head of Operations at a manufacturing company, develop a proposal for a new channel, follow up on an active deal in scoping, and draft a business case for entering a completely new market.
You won't have a large team behind you. You will have full autonomy, meaningful equity, direct access to the founding team, and the freedom to experiment with what works.

Responsibilities
Own our top of funnel: which segments we go after, how we reach the COOs and CFOs of manufacturers and distributors, and how many qualified opportunities land in the pipeline every week. That's your number.
Sit in on live deals from day one: discovery calls, account plans, proposals and PoC scoping with our delivery team. Within 6 to 12 months you run your first deals yourself.
Build the playbook with the GTM lead and CCO: positioning per sector, messaging per persona, pricing experiments, the business cases we win with.
Run experiments across the whole funnel: outbound campaigns, events, partnerships with ERP partners and PE firms, LinkedIn content. Measure everything, scale what works.
Use AI-native tooling (Clay, lemlist, our own agents) to research, personalise and scale what a team of five used to do by hand, and help us figure out what GTM looks like when AI does the grunt work.
Bring what you see in the market to the founding team and product: which use cases, sectors, competitors and prices we should bet on next.
Job specific requirements
1 to 3 years in consulting, investment banking, PE or a fast-growing B2B startup, or you built something yourself.
You make things happen without a brief, and can show it with an example and a number.
You win trust fast, with a CFO in a boardroom and with an operations manager on a factory floor.
You think in funnels and business cases and turn data into a clear recommendation.
New sectors, no playbook, channels nobody has tried: that energises you rather than stops you. A no on Monday doesn't define your Tuesday.
Genuinely curious about how businesses make money and where they lose it.
You want to own revenue within a year and know why.
Fluent Dutch and English, German is a big plus
Nice to haves
Worked with or for manufacturing, wholesale, logistics or food companies.
Hands-on with HubSpot, Clay or lemlist.
Understanding of ERP-driven processes (SAP, Business Central, Exact).
Sold something before: side business, campus sales, fundraising.
