An interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to engineering and product development workflows.
Experience working directly with customers or internal engineering stakeholders in a consulting, application engineering, technical support, or similar role.
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems beyond standard user-level functionality and the confidence to navigate unfamiliar technical challenges
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to take a customer problem from initial discussion through to resolution.
Experience leading technical activities, work packages, or customer projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with both technical specialists and customer stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
