Applications are invited for the above post at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will provide imaging support for cardiothoracic patients and have on call and cross-sectional imaging responsibility for the Trust.
We are looking for enthusiastic Radiologists to join the team of cardiothoracic radiologists working cross site at any OUH site to provide imaging services to Oxfordshire and support the on-call service. The Trust is a cancer centre with a large oncology unit, a major trauma centre, a cardiothoracic surgical centre and a tertiary referral centre for interstitial lung disease and pleural disease.
The post holder will be part of the cardiothoracic radiology team and deliver imaging, intervention and biopsy services across the Trust. Additional subspecialty interests may be accommodated/supported e.g. in oncological imaging.
The Trust has installed Insignia PACS and has image sharing agreements in place with regional hospitals, to support multidisciplinary team meetings and allow access to comparative images across the region.
