The Account Executive (SMB) is responsible for driving sales of Tableau products within a specified set of Enterprise accounts(1-300 Employees), exceeding sales objectives. This role leads all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and account care. This is a quota‐carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• You’ll be defining and completing your account and territory plans – proactively identifying and connecting with new and existing contacts within your named major strategic accounts.
• Running and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
• We’re all about quality data – so maintaining accurate customer and sales forecasting in Salesforce is key.
• Utilizing internal resources throughout the sales cycle e.g. product support and sales engineering.
• Providing initial product demos to prospects – and working with the sales engineering when required, to deliver more sophisticated, in-depth presentations.
• Nurturing and expanding your network within each account to further enhance our relationship with these customers.
• Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.
• Staying ahead of competition, driven issues and products – being the Tableau Evangelist.
• Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, customer care and marketing efforts.
• Traveling to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.

You're Our Person If...

• Average of 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience in IT software company, with a proven track record of success
• Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts
• Business Level of Korean and English language skills.
• Expert. You have extensive experience of field-based enterprise software sales experience, selling solutions into large enterprise accounts. It is crucial that you have a confirmed ability to sell into C-Level and are able to work with stakeholders across various lines of business. Complex sales / solution sales experience and a consistent track record of large figure deal experience.

• Sales Mentality. Desire and hunger to hunt new opportunities. As well as maintaining and expanding key collaborator relationships within existing account(s).

• 우리는 양질의 데이터를 중요하게 생각합니다. Salesforce에서 정확한 고객 정보 및 영업 예측을 유지하는 것이 핵심입니다.
• 영업 주기 전반에 걸쳐 제품 지원, 세일즈 엔지니어링 등 내부 리소스를 활용합니다.
• 잠재 고객에게 초기 제품 데모를 제공하고, 필요 시 세일즈 엔지니어링과 협력하여 더 정교하고 심도 있는 프레젠테이션을 진행합니다.
• 각 계정 내 네트워크를 육성하고 확장하여 고객과의 관계를 더욱 강화합니다.
• Salesforce를 통해 파이프라인과 예측에 대한 정기 보고를 제공합니다.
• 경쟁사, 업계 이슈 및 제품 동향을 앞서 파악하며 Tableau 에반젤리스트가 됩니다.
• 전략 수립, 영업 교육, 고객 관리, 마케팅 활동 등 팀 빌딩 및 회사 성장 활동에 참여합니다.
• 영업 활동을 지원하기 위해 담당 지역 내 고객 사이트를 방문합니다.
