Performance Marketing Specialist | SEO, GEO & Paid Ads | Remote – 5 Hours/Day
We are looking to bring a Performance Marketing Specialist into our marketing team with proven experience in SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Google Ads, and the development of digital strategies focused on lead generation and sales.
We are not simply looking for someone to execute campaigns. We are looking for someone who can help us build and optimize a true digital acquisition engine, combining organic traffic, search engine and AI visibility, paid campaigns, conversion, and performance analysis.
The position is 100% remote, with an estimated commitment of 5 hours per day, working continuously as part of our marketing team.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement our SEO strategy.
Develop our GEO / AI-powered search visibility strategy.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research and identify market opportunities.
Improve landing pages and content with a focus on traffic, leads, and conversion.
Design funnels and digital strategies to support the sales team.
Continuously analyze campaigns, conversions, and performance.
Implement tracking and establish a clear measurement framework.
Identify growth opportunities and propose new experiments.
Work across different markets, languages, products, and projects.
Build internal processes and knowledge by documenting activities and sharing insights with the team.
What we look for
We are looking for someone who is highly practical, autonomous, and results-oriented.
The following qualifications are important:
Demonstrable experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience developing digital acquisition strategies.
Ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
Analytical and commercial mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Functional English for working in an international environment.
Experience with B2B companies will be considered a plus.
Commitment
Approximately 5 hours per day / 25 hours per week
We are looking for a stable, long-term collaboration, not just the execution of a one-off project.
Initially, the main focus will be SBR International, but the candidate must also be available to collaborate on other digital projects within the group.
Compensation
USD 800–1,000 per month

Initial monthly compensation: USD 800.
Probation period: 3 months.
Compensation after probation: Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, the monthly compensation will increase to USD 1,000.
Long-term commitment: We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term collaboration who is ready to take ownership of Performance Marketing and grow alongside SBR International.
