We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in France. However, we are also open to candidates located elsewhere in Germany, Spain, or Italy.
Your Impact
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing and winning strategic national and international accounts. Your role goes beyond generating new business: you will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business and People & Development priorities, and position Speexx as a strategic partner in addressing their skills development challenges. You will combine a strong acquisition mindset with a consultative approach, engaging prospects around their business challenges and building relevant, value-driven solutions. Working closely with Marketing, Business Developer, Customer Success and other internal teams, you will manage opportunities from initial engagement through to closing and ensure a strong transition of newly acquired customers into their long-term journey with Speexx.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop and win new strategic national and international accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, aligned with acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning Speexx as a trusted and consultative business partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospects' business, People & Development and skills development priorities and translate them into relevant value propositions using Speexx solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and qualification through solution development, negotiation and closing.
- Manage complex, high-value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, including large and strategic deals.
- Manage and contribute to RFP processes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business developer teams to identify target accounts, generate demand and develop new opportunities.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired customers and create strong foundations for their long-term development.
- Monitor pipeline and forecasts, ensuring clear and accurate visibility through the CRM.
- Represent Speexx as a strategic People Development partner in the market and contribute to the continued development of our business.
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in new business development and strategic B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to identify, develop and win new strategic accounts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value commercial opportunities from prospecting through to closing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills combined with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Ability to understand prospects' business and People & Development challenges and connect them with relevant solutions and measurable value.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with different stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to open doors, create opportunities and develop new business.
- Experience with tender and RFP processes.
- Ability to work effectively across teams in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and productivity tools.
