To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care ahering to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
One urban site offering a varied and stimulating clinical caseload, 12,800 patients
Strong multidisciplinary team including, GP partners, pharmacists, pharmacy technician, paramedics, first contact physio, dietitians, social prescribers and care coordinator.
We have dedicated and professional Care Navigators and Administrative staff.
Our Practice has a strong Management Team consisting of Managing Partners, a Care Navigation Manager and a Senior Care Navigator.
We have an active PPG Group.
