Our team in Glasgow is looking for four Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Our vibrant and busy services across Glasgow provide support to people concerned about their own or someone else's alcohol or drug use. We have three Recovery Hubs (in North East, North West and South Glasgow), however much of our work is carried out in the local community. We work with people at all stages on their journey providing both one to one appointments and group work.
We are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic Recovery Workers who are motivated to work as part of a thriving and diverse team, ensuring recovery opportunities are available for individuals at any point in their recovery journey. You will strive to work collaboratively with partners and communities, ensuring that we are as accessible as possible and that the principles of a Recovery Oriented System of Care and true person centred practice are at the heart of all that we do.
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
This role is permanent and will work 37,5 hours per week across 7 days, evening and weekend work will be required. As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £26,250 per annum, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per annum.
