We are looking for 2 Consultants in Anaesthesia with specialist interests (please see JD) to join our talented and enthusiastic team of over 50 consultants and 10 specialty doctors, working in a friendly and flexible department. The opportunities have been created by a combination of replacement posts and service expansion.There is an on-call commitment included in this post, the supplement is 3%. Each session equates to 1.25 PAs. The job plan will be across St Peter's Hospital and Ashford Hospital cross sites.

The main duties for this role will be to:
- Deliver Clinical, Educational and Managerial Services of the highest professional standard at Consultant Level.
- Work with existing consultants and the multi-disciplinary team to provide a high quality well-led service for patients of Ashford & St Peter's, including the diagnosis, investigations, treatment and management of patients, in accordance with Trust policies and practices.
- Deliver Direct Clinical Care to patients assisting clinical decision-making and sharing equally in the workload
