Are you ready to lead complex engineering programs within the semiconductor industry? As Senior Program Manager, you drive multidisciplinary global projects from concept to delivery, working closely with leading customers, engineering teams and operations.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of development programs, from the initial customer request and concept phase through industrialization and customer delivery. Working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain and our customers, you ensure technical ambitions are translated into successful business outcomes.
Your main responsibilities are:
Lead complex Design & Engineering programs from concept development through manufacturing ramp-up and customer delivery.
Drive program execution across multidisciplinary teams of up to 50 engineers located across multiple global Benchmark sites.
Take ownership of program scope, planning, budget, risks and key decision-making throughout the entire lifecycle.
Align technical experts, project leaders and stakeholders around shared goals, priorities and deliverables.
Work closely with operations, supply chain and external partners to ensure products are ready for successful industrialization and production.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication on progress, risks, decisions and their business impact.
Create structure, alignment and momentum in technically complex environments where customer expectations, engineering challenges and business objectives come together.

7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in a high-tech semiconductor environment, preferably within system development and with a background in mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams around common goals and priorities.
Proven track record in delivering complex systems and development programs, from concept and design through industrialization and customer delivery.
Strong technical affinity, capable of translating engineering challenges into clear plans, decisions and results.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and willingness to travel.
