Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of globally distributed vendor networks and offshore delivery centers into high-velocity, automated support engines.
- Partner with internal Google Cloud Engineering, QA, and Support teams to co-create and embed agentic AI modules, including AI-Assisted Case Review, Autonomous Support Agents, and RAG-grounded diagnostic tools.
- Design and implement next-generation governance and quality frameworks, shifting from "managing to a contract" to consultative, outcome-based performance metrics.
- Act as a strategic leader and technical advisor for vendor strategy, addressing execution gaps and increasing partnership maturity.
- Drive outcomes focus on operational efficiency, tokenization, automation realized through Gemini Enterprise, and measurable business impact.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technical vendor strategy and operations, solutions consulting, software engineering, technical program management, or technical delivery management.
- Experience leveraging generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic automation to transform enterprise business workflows and support operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep subject matter expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Gemini Enterprise architecture, or enterprise cloud support ecosystems.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale global vendor partnerships (GSIs) and leading multi-disciplinary cross-functional technical or innovation initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across a complex matrixed organization.
