About the role
This is the GTM Account Executive role for Europe. You will be our first dedicated seller for the region, responsible for turning Europe's agencies, brands, production companies and media groups into Higgsfield customers: sourcing and closing the first European deals yourself and owning the accounts after signature. You work with our Almaty-based GTM team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
What you will work on
End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with European agencies, brands and B2B partners, from first touch through signature.
Open the market: build a named-account plan for Europe and work it, starting with advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers.
Convert platform demand: turn high-usage European creators, teams and agencies already on Higgsfield into team and enterprise accounts.
Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
Partner routes to market: identify and activate European agencies, production studios and resellers that bring us customers we would not reach one deal at a time.
Customer success: act as the voice of the European customer internally, ensuring feedback flows into product and engineering.
Processes at scale: build the repeatable playbook that the next European hires will follow.
Your must haves

Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets, with deals you sourced and closed yourself.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results.
Experience selling into advertising agencies, brand marketing organisations, or media and entertainment companies in at least two European markets.
An existing network of senior buyers in European agencies, brands or media groups.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. A second major European language is a strong plus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making.
Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to haves
Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus.
Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.
Relationships in European broadcasters, streamers or sports media.
Existing network of enterprise clients or partners in SaaS/AI ecosystems.
The deal
Competitive base salary in USD.
Equity participation through the company's stock option program.
Based in Almaty (on-site; we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in) or remote in Europe, with regular travel across the region and to Almaty.
Our GTM team works six days a week and overlaps with US hours. Expect the same pace wherever you are based.
