Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensurAs a General Practitioner Clinical Lead at Chelston Hall Surgery in Torquay, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients. You'll be working 7 sessions per week - 2 Clinical Lead and 5 GP sessions. Your responsibilities will include delivering primary care, supporting clinical leads, and improving health outcomes through governance and audit.
