Your role
End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demos and negotiations to closing the contract.
Hunter Mentality: Win customers from inbound and SDR-generated leads while proactively building your own sales pipeline.
Customer Empathy: Understand our customers' challenges, develop compelling business cases, and demonstrate ZeKju's value.
Relationship Building: Build your own customer base and develop it in close collaboration with Customer Success.
Tech-Enabled Selling: Use our CRM, AI and automation to make your sales work as effective as possible.
Founder Exposure: Work directly with one of the co-founders and drive our commercial growth.
What you bring
Sales experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, as an SDR, BDR or Account Executive.
Hunter mentality: You enjoy approaching new customers, take pleasure in closing deals, and are motivated by ambitious targets.
Entrepreneurial drive: You are ambitious, hands-on, self-motivated, and happy to take responsibility.
Communication skills: You speak fluent German and English and are confident when dealing with decision-makers.
Nice to have: Start-up experience or knowledge of logistics, transport or supply chain. Neither is a requirement.
